Stanhopea wardii
This year we had a flowering preview on September 8., at that time the plant was still hanging outside. Now placed into the greenhouse since about the middle of September, it was watered twice a day - dilute Peters added once in a while. I don't think this plant can be overwatered under these bright conditions. Eleven!!! scented "birds in flight" opened up yesterday morning. The next two spikes are timed about one day apart, getting ready for next week's display and a fourth spike - positioned behind the flowers- is filling out.
