| October 13. 2006 Stenoglottis Venus x fimbriata (Venus is a hybrid of Sngl. longifolia x Sngl. fimbriata) This cross was made by Leon from Hoosier Orchids and I picked up a small plant in September 2005. I kept the plant over the Summer outside in dappled sun and watered plenty, using mostly rain water. The blooming size plant is still in its two inch pot, this is a nice miniature. Take a look below at the spike which is just starting to open and the speckled leaves. |
