					I purchased a very small plant from J&L Orchids last Winter. It showed a lot of new growth during the last few months ( the plant gets watered twice a day mostly with rainwater). A few weeks ago the plant started to produce funny looking spikes, which worked their way straight down the outside of the pot. This week the first flower opened - pretty neat, see close up below. The lip actually wiggles!
